Born and raised in Brazil, I always had a dream to own a business, but I was not sure what kind of business. In 2012, I decided to get out of my comfort zone moving to Dublin Ireland, and start my career in the food industry.

My first job was in a coffee shop as a dishwasher. It was a great experience which helped me observe the process of bringing the food from behind the scenes to the front of the house. I fell in love with the process, and so began my journey in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
I had the opportunity to work with high standing management teams and chefs who trained me in all areas of this industry beginning from my journey as a dishwasher to a restaurant manager, and now business owner.

In October 2016 I moved to Los Angeles, CA where doors opened for me to work for an upcoming company, managing and opening new locations all over California. After 13 months into this endeavor, my wife and I were blessed with a son, and decided to move close to her parents in Jackson, California, where I continued to pursue this endeavor and led me to become a co-business owner with my father in law, working side-by-side to turn my goals for our restaurant, Bistro Bella Cucina into a working vision.
